Every roll is shaped individually by hand — phyllo wrapped tightly and evenly around the filling, then sealed at each end. No two are identical, and that is exactly the point.

At Saytad, our pastry team rolls each piece entirely by hand before placing it in copper trays. Generous amounts of ghee are applied before baking. After leaving the oven, each tray receives a measured pour of our signature light syrup — enough to add sweetness and moisture without overwhelming the roasted character of the pistachio.
