Our Story
Saytad Baklava was born from a family tradition stretching back generations in Gaziantep, the baklava capital of the world. We carry those same recipes, that same patience, and that same love into every tray we prepare today in Istanbul.
We use only ghee butter, stone-ground pistachios from Gaziantep, and hand-rolled phyllo. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just the craft, exactly as it was taught to us — brought to you fresh, every single day.
