Dates carry their own distinct flavour — earthy, caramel-like, with a natural complexity that refined cane sugar simply cannot provide. This product contains no artificial additives, preservatives, colourings, or flavourings of any kind. The date sherbet is made from concentrated date extract alone. The pistachio is unsalted and unflavoured. The phyllo contains only wheat flour, water, and salt. What you taste is what is in it — nothing more, nothing less.

Stone-ground Gaziantep pistachios are layered within hand-stretched phyllo, with cold-pressed vegetable oil applied between each sheet. After baking to a golden colour, the date juice sherbet is poured generously — more generously than in a standard baklava, because the Prince format demands it.
